Are you a member of the Shelton community who wants to help bring up the next generation of values-based leaders? Have something valuable to share since attending the Shelton Challenge? Want to gain experience in facilitating interactive Challenge-like activities? We are actively seeking proposals for keynote speakers, large-group activities, and workshop sessions for our second annual Shelton [re]Challenge.

This year’s [re]Challenge theme is Leading Together: Valuing All Perspectives and Experiences for a Stronger Community, and will cover topics including, but not limited to, working across differences, conflict management, communication that promotes belonging, and team building.
