About the Lonnie Poole Golf Course
The Lonnie Poole Golf Course bears distinction as the only collegiate course ever designed by golf legend Arnold Palmer. Considered an outstanding public golf course in the Carolinas and a top collegiate golf course in the United States, it serves as a living laboratory for the university’s turf sciences, plant and soils sciences, and sustainable practices programs. The design leans heavily on traditional Scottish layouts while accommodating the natural landscape.
Inclement Weather Policy
If weather conditions force cancellation of the tournament, all paying registrants will receive a certificate for a round of golf at the Lonnie Poole Golf Course and all meals will be donated to a local shelter.
