Customized Leadership Development Programs

As part of its overall mission of intergenerational values-based leadership, the Center provides various customized leadership development programs and services for clients in pre-college, college, and professional target-audience areas.

For professional organizations that look for values-based leadership development for their early-career, mid-career, and executive-level individual contributors and managers, the Shelton Leadership Center offers values-based leadership education seminars, custom workshops, and programs that reinforce the values-based leadership within multiple content-specific modules. Unlike consulting firms and other competing university executive education programs (outside NC State) that focus upon specific areas of expertise, the Center provides an independent, research-driven set of custom topics that are tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Additionally, the Center surrounds each topic with the values-based leadership principles exemplified by General Shelton, his teachings, and points of emphasis crucial to these customized topics.
