The 2024 Chancellor’s Roundtable Discussion brings together professionals and leaders across industries and generations. This dynamic session aims to foster meaningful dialogue on the intricacies of multigenerational collaboration in the workplace.
Our distinguished panelists will offer insights from all generational perspectives, sharing real-world examples of multigenerational collaboration. They will explain how leading with their core values has enhanced their effectiveness in managing multigenerational teams and provide recommendations for fostering professional ethics and integrity to create inclusive work environments for all generations.
