Shyheim Stafford is the Program Assistant for college programs with the Chancellor’s Leadership Development Program (CLDP). He is extremely elated to be working with CLDP students and staff this academic year and immersing himself in the Shelton Leadership Center and CLDP culture. His passion for working with first-generation college students, minority students, and students from historically underserved communities aligns perfectly with the mission of CLDP. He is here to assist students with making sure they are equipping themselves with the necessary leadership skills to not only be successful leaders at NC State, but when they go off into their respective careers.
