Parker Watson currently serves as the Assistant Director for Pre-College Programs and First Year Experiences for the Shelton Leadership Center. With over a decade of experience in leadership development and a deep commitment to equity, she has cultivated a personal mission focused on empowering students as they create positive change in their local and global communities. 

Parker is a proud North Carolinian and a product of the UNC system. She earned her B.A. in Interpersonal Communication from UNC and her M.Ed. in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from UNC Greensboro. She is currently working on her Ph.D. in Leadership Studies at NC A&T University. Parker currently lives in Fayetteville, NC with her two dogs and enjoys spending time in nature.
